JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Translate Medical Inquiries an Supporting documents from Russian to English Enter time records and all time spent with patients on a daily basis
Escort patient for medical appointments and carry out medical interpretation Help to obtain patient medical records and save into system
Enter all medical data in Company systems Carry out post departure review for each patient and ensure all data update date in system
To Schedule appointments and cordinate with team members Carry out Information gathering and help with creating marketing material for the company websites

REQUIREMENTS
Possess a minimum of a bachelors degree in Linguistics from a recognised universtiy Fluent in both spoken and written Rusian and English

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS
Possess a minimum of a bachelors degree in any discipline, with a advantage for a marketing graduate Fluent in both spoken and written Rusian and English

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Take the lead in carrying out company accounting over 4 business divisions with full GL Responsibility Weekly preperation of full balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany schedules
Preparing quarterly GST Return Main contact for auditors and answering all audit related queries
Carry out invoicing and clear all reciepts Maintain close control over debtors
Prepare payment for weekly batch processing
REQUIREMENTS
Degree or equivalent qualification in accounting Possess a Minimum 3 years of experience handling full sets of accounts
Well versed in accounting software with all modules (finance, sales, reciepts, purchases) Advanced skills in Microsoft excel and Microsoft office suite
